Mind/Body Workshop
A Holistic Approach to Healing and Stress

Each of us can take time for ourselves, which increases our own potential for healing. You will begin your own journey as you learn and practice a mind/body approach to self-care/healing.

Each of the methods used in this workshop can effectively become a part of your lifestyle.

These methods will help you:

  • Increase your focus in your personal and work life
  • Increase your level of relaxation and energy
  • Identify thought patterns which are self defeating and interfere with your self care/healing
  • Improve your ability to listen to your body
  • Develop self awareness of health and disease patterns
  • Develop your own behavioral action plan for increasing health and healing
